I created A Rae Of Beauty at the age of 20 years old, I am a mother of one beautiful daughter. As a young lady my mother always took me to the shop to get my natural hair washed and styled.  I grew to enjoy everything to do with hair! I watched my stylist closely admiring her skill. I began doing my friend’s hair as well as my own throughout middle school and High School. Although, I never knew what my skill could have in store for me.

2020 the pandemic hit, and COVID-19 changed everyone’s lives. Some were forced out of work others had to decide if they felt safe at work. I worked as an essential worker which put me in direct contact with infected individuals. I was concerned for my family and myself. After being put on a pandemic leave, I started taking a couple of clients a week and realized I had a passion for doing hair and showing everyone their natural beauty!

I decided to cut back on my hours and start doing silk press to make ends meet. Due to covid, my daughter lost her childcare. I went from being a full-time worker to being forced to make things work by doing hair while still being a mommy! I quickly started to trend across social media, this caused me to be further interested in business. I then decided to expand myself by selling hair extensions becoming

 “A Rae of Beauty LLC”.

I offer High-quality products, such as bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, lashes, and headbands! This is just the becoming of something great.
